Cedra – gamified Web3 platform
Tetracode designed and developed a customizable quest-based CRM platform for Cedra, combining Web3 onboarding, gamification mechanics, waitlist growth tools, and a powerful admin dashboard.
The platform allows users to complete social, partner, and in-app quests, earn Cedra XP, climb leaderboards, and unlock special rewards.
Case Story

At the early stage, Cedra’s growth strategy relied on community expansion, social traction, and ecosystem awareness. However, without a dedicated infrastructure, campaigns required manual coordination, lacked flexibility, and limited experimentation. The challenge is to transform fragmented growth efforts into a centralized, configurable system.

Our vision for Cedra is to build a platform where community members stay motivated through clear progression, daily quests, and verifiable achievements. Tetracode handled the full-cycle development — from UX foundations to complex Web3 integrations — ensuring that every interaction feels fast, rewarding, and secure. They built our quest logic, leaderboard system, admin tools, and wallet connection with exceptional precision. Gamified Onboarding Engine
At the core of the platform is a gamified onboarding experience that transforms passive sign-ups into structured participation. Users join through a dynamic waitlist interface and engage with configurable quests that reward actions, increase XP, and encourage deeper ecosystem involvement. The system supports referral logic, leaderboard mechanics, and campaign-based activation flows to stimulate organic growth.
Admin-Controlled Growth Infrastructure
Behind the public interface, we implemented a powerful admin dashboard that gives Cedra full control over user management, quest configuration, reward distribution, and performance tracking. Growth and marketing teams can independently launch campaigns, adjust rules, and analyze engagement metrics without requiring developer intervention.
TMA (Telegram Mini App)
To maximize accessibility and community reach, we developed a fully functional Telegram Mini App version of the platform. The TMA mirrors core waitlist and quest mechanics, enabling users to join, complete quests, and track their XP directly inside Telegram. This significantly reduces onboarding friction, leverages existing Web3 community behavior, and allows Cedra to activate users.
